IDEAHUB Application for Tenancy

We encourage you to apply for tenancy to become a member company at IDEAHUB.

There are six steps to the application process:

1. Download and complete the Application for Tenancy Form.  

2. Submit your Application form via email or fax (so we may start a file for you).

3. Prepare your Business Plan for confidential submission to IDEAHUB's Business Incubator Management Advisory Committee (BIMAC) via email or fax.  Business Plans are reviewed in confidence by BIMAC and are evaluated against a set of Business Plan Evaluation Criteria.

4. Sign your Confidentiality Agreement, between you and BIMAC members.

5. Submit your Business Plan.  BIMAC will review and evaluate at their next regulary scheduled meeting - once every month.  

6. Receive a response within 4 weeks of submission.  You may be requested to present your business ideas to BIMAC in person.  If so, you will be contacted to arrange a meeting.
